Trademarks
Our trademarks, service marks, logos and designs, as well as other works of authorship that are eligible for protection (collectively, the “Marks”) are valuable assets that we need to protect. Joshua Tree Coffee Co. is a registered trademark of Joshua Tree Coffee Company, LP, a Delaware limited partnership. However, this registered trademark is only one of our many valuable Marks. Our decision to omit other of the Marks and/or providing an exhaustive list of Marks does not constitute a waiver of any rights that we or our subsidiaries and affiliates may have established in products, features, terms or designs. Except for the Marks, other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.
As a general rule, our specific written authorization is required to use our Marks. Third-party usage of the Marks is limited to authorized users and only in accordance with the guidelines provided under the applicable authorization.
