As of the date of this California Privacy Notice – CCPA (the “CCPA Notice”), Joshua Tree Coffee Company, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), does not believe that the CCPA has a material effect on our business practices and/or obligations. Specifically, we currently do not believe that we exceed the applicable threshold for the annual purchase, commercial-purpose receipt, sale, or sharing of consumers, households or devices.
